SymFit® Healthy Neck Program Gym Programs
The first week of the SymFit® Healthy Fitness System is the most time demanding. You will be orientated on 4 individual workouts to prepare you to complete an entire Upper Body Conditioning and Lower Body Conditioning workout by week 2. From a time management perspective we suggest taking a week off from the gym. Also, you are likely working out from faulty posture so week 1 of the SymFit® Healthy Fitness System restores your access to neutral spine alignment and the application of the 4 SymFit® Neutral Spine Alignment principles during basic functional activities. A safe return to the gym is appropriate week 2 assuming you are successfully performing the program appropriately at week 2.
