Phases of SymFit®
The SymFit® Healthy Fitness System provides three levels of neutral spine conditioning to help you meet the demands of your individual life without faulty loading.



SymFit1 of the SymFit® Healthy Fitness System restores your ability to access neutral spine alignment (week 1 + 2) and the ability to perform your daily activities without faulty neck and low back loading.  You have a routine that keeps you mobile in your upper back, hips and shoulder.


The first step on your journey toward physical wellness is to restore your ability to obtain neutral spine alignment.  During this phase you will be privately taught the 12 exercises within the program and how to apply the 4 SymFit Principles of Neutral Spine Alignment during each.

If you have an active injury or joints positional dysfunctions (bones out of alignment) you will receive manual therapy from a licensed and SymFit certified physical therapist before each workout.   

You will be introduced to a wide variety of self-correction techniques that are integrated into each workout and healthy movement principles to apply throughout your day.  You in essence learn how to live a neutral spine based lifestyle.  

Milestone for Advancement: Demonstrate the ability to maintain neutral spine alignment during all lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying task against loads of your daily activities.






SymFit2 of the SymFit® Healthy Fitness System restores your ability to perform sport and recreational activities without faulty neck and low back loading.  Your fitness program is now serving your long term injury prevention needs.  

Your center visit will consist of the following;
1. you will arrive at the top of the hour (no later than 10 after) to complete your pre-treatment studio program to mobilize your upper back, hips and shoulder.

2. you will receive a 3-5 minute joint clearing treatment to unsure you do not have any joint positional dysfunctions (bones out of alignment) limiting your access to neutral spine alignment.

3. promptly 30 minutes after the hour your group class will start which progresses the exercises level and tempo of SymFit1 classes.
     • Upper Body Conditioning Monday - Wednesday
     • Lower Body Conditioning Thursday - Saturday

4. you will have access to state-of-the-art Pilates equipment to perform your post-class studio program designed to compliment the class of the day.

Milestone for Advancement: Demonstrate the ability to maintain neutral spine alignment during a fitness level class that is challenging your ability to lift, push, pull and press against loads consistent with you sport and recreational activities.


SymFit3 of the SymFit® Healthy Fitness System adds a cardiovascular component that ensures complete fitness.  At the level of progression you are establishing balance of mind and body!

Your center visit will consist of the following;
1. you will arrive at the top of the hour (no later than 10 after) to complete your pre-treatment studio program to mobilize your upper back, hips and shoulder.

2. you will receive a 3-5 minute joint clearing treatment to unsure you do not have any joint positional dysfunctions (bones out of alignment) limiting your access to neutral spine alignment.

3. promptly 30 minutes after the hour your group class will start which is a curcuit style class where you will be asked to perform 5 sets of 4 different exercises series within the program at your pace.  SymFit3 classes challenge the upper body, abdominals and lower body.

4. you will have access to state-of-the-art pilates equipment to perform your post-class studio program designed to compliment the class of the day.
