The SymFit® Functional Fitness Evaluation will assess your flexibility, core stability and joint stability to determine appropriate placement within the SymFit® Healthy Fitness System.  You will be orientated on the 4 SymFit® Principles of Neutral Spine Alignment.  A studio program that will compliment the group class will be developed for you based on your performance and goals.  

The SymFit® Fitness 4 pack consists of 4 private session where you will learn workouts #1 - #4 and the Pilates exercises within the pre-treatment functional mobility studio program.  You will be prepared for group class entry as well as oriented on you post-class studio program.  

The SymFit® Functional Fitness Membership will condition you to provide the 4 Principles of Neutral Spine Alignment during your sport and recreational activities.  This memberships include the following;

  • 10 minutes of functional mobility exercises on the Trapeze Table and Ladder Barrel
  • 5 minutes of joint clearing
  • 8 minutes of neutral spine conditioning (core stability) on the Trapeze Table and Multi-chair
  • 20 minute (mat classes) 
  • 8 minutes of post-class sport specific conditioning on a wide array of equipment.

The SymFit® Complete Fitness Membership will condition you to provide the 4 Principles of Neutral Spine Alignment during your sport and recreational activities as well as condition your cardiovascular and respiratory health to improve performance and overall health.  This memberships include the following;

Pilates program

The SymFit® Healthy Fitness System is designed to prevent injury.  You have all you need within you to achieve amazing things physically.  We will show you how to apply the 4 SymFit® Principles of neutral spine alignment functionally to compliment your fitness, sport, recreational activities and life.  There are two options for fitness services at the center.

  • Medical practitioners in awkward positions for a majority of their day and in front of the computer doing documentation the remainder of the work day

  • Service industry workers that are on their feet all day

The Healthy Aging program is designed to help you prepare for life's transition and modify your fitness regimen to account for musculoskeletal changes that occur through the life span.  There are many opinions of what is the most appropriate fitness program for the active mature adult.  We know that if you can lift, push, pull, press, squat and lunge without faulty loading your body is conditioned to meet whatever challenge lay ahead.  Your body will tell you when joints are not aligned in the form of pain.  A SymFit® certified physical therapist can help you make since of these symptoms for $60 an put a plan in place that addresses the foundation of the problem.


This program is designed to help active mature adults with the following;
  • Start a safe neutral spine based fitness program
  • Modify existing fitness program to meet their balance, bone density and functional strength needs
  • Address onset of age related conditions such as oseoporosis, arthritis, balance deficits, respiratory and cardiovascular challenges, PD, MS, Dementia, joint replacement

The Injury Prevention program is designed to help any athlete stay in the sport or recreational activities.  We encourage screenings of minor aches and pains that do not resolve within a week or that change the way you move before they progress into more serious injuries.  Your body will tell you when joints are not aligned in the form of pain.  A SymFit® certified physical therapist can help you make since of these symptoms for $60 an put a plan in place that addresses the foundation of the problem.


This program is designed to help with the following;
  • Lingering hamstring strain
  • Ankle sprain that is limiting your return to sport or fitness
  • Shoulder pain with workouts even when you lighten the weight
  • Reoccurring knee pain with running
  • Knee pain going up or down stairs

The Complete Fitness program is designed to improve functional strength, movement control and agility.  It combines Pilates based fitness with mat based functional fitness exercises within the SymFit Healthy Fitness System.  You will be introduce to kettle bell strengthening and functional fitness exercises that will change the way you go about your day.  If you want your body to move efficiently your fitness program must provide you with the tools for movement control.  

This program is designed to help with the following;
