SymFit3 is a cross training workout that consists of 4 SymFit exercise series's performed in a circuit at a cardio pace. There are 4 different SymFit3 workouts designed to accomplish complete fitness. Each workout starts at level 3 of the of the SymFit® Healthy Fitness System and progressed to level 6 or the level that allows you to maintain your target heart rate for 25 minutes non-stop.
